Lucy Ciotti has owned the store for more than three decades. She began her bridal industry experience with working for a bridal store for 5 years before she decided to own her own store. Lucy does the majority of the alternations and even custom makes dresses for customers.

Many people/customers ask what the H stands for, Lucy actually bought the business and name. She likes to say that the H stands for Helpers because without the staff, L&H just wouldn’t be the same.
